The 2026 Heartland Association of Fairs, Festivals and Events Convention will be held November 19-21, 2026, at The Clarion in Minot, ND.

Steps to a successful convention registration.
1. Complete Attendee Registration Form, Early Bird Registration Ends November 5
2. Call The Clarion for Room Reservations - Deadline October 15, information below
3. Renew Membership (invoices are sent to members needing to renew in September)
**Please contact Tera if you are wondering if you need to renew this year**
4. Register for a Tradeshow Booth &/or Sponsor the Convention
5. Apply to Showcase - Deadline September 1
6. Nominate A Fair Person of the Year, Hall of Fame Member or Associate of the Year - Deadline September 15
7. Apply for Scholarship - Deadline October 1

In order to maintain the room block for those that are registreed for convention, if possible, please reserve rooms once you have confirmed attendees.

The block is under “Heartland Association.” Ask for either Amy (sales department manager) or Randi (sales) and they would be happy
to help make your reservations!

Room block guarantee will be released as of October 15, 2026.

**HOSPITALITY ROOMS, please contact Tera at secretary@heartlandassociationffe.com to reserve. They are limited and first come first serve.

If all rooms become booked a notification will be sent for an alternative hotel, at which point be sure to contact Tera, secretary@heartlandassociationffe.com to be placed on a wait list for the host hotel.
